Ratios are the basis of the Expresso corporate identity, basically derived from the design ratio of the Expresso logo which is 1:10, but also the black and white image of the stores which is in general 85% white in contrast to 15% black. Eventually the brand will have a clean and smooth image which has a 15% female partition. The 15 - 85 ratio can be found in all levels of the corporate identity for instance in the logo, the signatures, the ribbon, use of colours and typography.
